Your english teacher will need to provide full name and credentials, as well as her relation to you (english teacher of Cyasta). If you can't afford to get it professionally translated, then ask your english teacher to do it, but make sure that she makes a PDF/docx containing both the original and the translation make sure it is on headed official school paper (as in, the PDF/docx pages has the full school logo at the top). You can also offer up any transcripts of exam results at the same time if you have completed some exams.
